Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Resilience Aesthetics! To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: - You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty, and your $50 deposit will either be refunded or applied to a future service. -Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. -No-call, no-show: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will forfeit your $50 deposit fee and may be required to pay in full for future booked services at time of booking We understand that situations can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! BOTOX: Botox is charged at a rate of $13-$14 per unit used at the time of appointment. Since all client's needs vary, the amount of units to be used will be discussed during the consultation process. Clients using less than 60 units for their treatment will be charged at $14 per unit. For clients purchasing more than 60 units for their treatment, the cost per unit will be discounted to $13 per unit. FILLER: Clients coming in for Filler treatments will be charged per syringe opened. Syringes of Filler are charged at $650 per 1mL syringe. If I client's treatment requires more than 1mL and a second syringe is opened, the client will be charged the full cost of the second syringe (an additional $650). Number is syringes needed will be discussed during the consultation, and approval will be granted by the client prior to a second syringe being opened/charged.
